My short story “Homecoming” will be in an upcoming issue of Abandoned Towers. I am so happy about this acceptance, because this was one of the stories I lost when my computer died.
And speaking of dead computers…I should be getting my lappy back online this weekend. HP sent me a new hard drive and I will be sending them a nasty-gram sometime soon. I mean, this lappy is less than three years old. There is NO reason for both the motherboard and the hard drive to die on me within the past year. *sigh* Hopefully this will be last of my lappy problems…and since I doubt it I now have a desktop computer. The monitor is a monster though (seriously, I think it attacked Tokyo last night) and I plan on replacing it with a smaller, flat screen one.
